Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee SMB core sales is tough right now (summer 2023); customers facing uncertain macros are not willing to spend, so there's an emphasis on pulling dollar share from competitors and preventing attrition. A small handful of folks are exceeding their number, but the majority of folks are not anywhere close to attainment. Emphasis on make-work call-down blitzes in lieu of actual sales to show that folks are doing something. It's very unclear what the 8 or 9 layers of sales mgmt btwn frontline managers and your COO actually do, besides refreshing their KPI dashboards and hosting an all-hands at the beginning and end of the quarter from their summer homes.
