Management always was looking out for training opportunities and ways to better our skill set to make us more efficient with the skills we brought to the organization. Networking is a challenge as the company is so big but it was easy within your segmented groups.

Fantastic reps they like and who were just promoted will get an awful patch with no ability to make no money based on who they can sell to. Inexperienced reps who are hard to work with will get an unreal patch and make $$$. It’s almost like it’s 90% luck.
