Similar accounts aligned to external peers but essentially doing the same job but for 30-40% OTE pay. If you're external its a great opportunity, but learning the sales process at Salesforce and navigating the large corporation is difficult for a lot of new hires.

Not a ton of people hitting quota in GRB / SMB space, however there are several SPIFFs and kickers/accelerators that can help get to OTE.
