They take care of their employees and have fantastic benefits, particularly for female employees. Their family leave policies and fertility benefits are wonderful and so appreciated for employees looking to start a family.

Every rep had the same exact quota, which was unfair for reps with underperforming territories. Also management was goaled based on monthly growth while reps were paid on their attainment. Kinda backwards. Still had a great experience working there though.
