Overall experience was good, a lot of what they highlight though to attract talent is surface level marketing that starts to fall apart in practice. Layoffs were not very “Ohana”.

I came in at a weird time. Recruited from a place I spent many years at. I got to Salesforce and in a few months of working there following ramp, they announced layoffs. The entire premise of what they sold me on had changed. Fortunately, I wasn't let go, but I needed more stability at this particular time so I left.

the company did a 180 since layoffs, the culture has become toxic with quotas jumping 60-150% in some cases retroactively... only opportunities to succeed are luck and favoritism. expect 0 back-up from managers although they acknowledge unrealistic expectations

Your success at SFDC is extremely dependant on your territory. Inbound/Outbound lead flow is critical to selling a product like CRM
