That being said... the culture and leadership has recently pivoted to a highly analytical, results-focused mindset. Although a territory can have lulls, or deals may take 3-4 quarters, they demand quarterly attainment or risk of termination.
Territories get shuffled most years, creating a culture of 'sell everything including the kitchen sink in Q4'... but the customer relationships suffer as a result. So does one's ability to nurture multi-year, transformative/complex deals.
This company is very much worth working for at some point earlier in your career to experience a well defined, highly scaled selling methodology, but it'll grind you down. If you're not a star, or if you get a poor territory, expect a lot of pain/discomfort. Browse Other Reviews
