If you are looking for a sales role or longevity, Burnout is common in here, the workload is crazy, and many people are unhappy due to the toxic culture environment and lack of work-life balance. the targets are crazy, The management is really bad, lack of leadership, favouritism is huge and micromanagement seems to be their specialty. massive egos, very slow processes, double handling everything, a lot of internal useless meetings, and many people have lost their jobs over the year, I'm talking about thousands only within ANZ, I've seen high performers losing their jobs all of a sudden as soon as the deal is closed so the business doesn't pay their commission!! HR forces performance reviews without any reason, no reason whatsoever and everything seems to be made up completely. Alternatively, they offer them two months' pay and leave immediately, and they give you only 48 hours to decide, either take 2 months or go on a performance review which you will never pass, Brutal!!!
