Salesforce was my first experience into the 'big time' and while I was impressed with the Salesforce tower and abundance of technology and resources, I found leadership and training to be lackluster. I changed managers 3 times in my first month and the one I ended up with came from managing BDRs... let's just say they did not have much sales/closing experience. Ultimately, I feel this is an amazing company to work for, but it was unfortunate my time was cut short with them. Big takeaways - They are #1 in their industry and are constantly growing and changing. - They offer AMAZING benefit packages. - Flexible hours, but they expect you to be in office and sitting with the team 2-4 times a week. - Not many people are product knowledge experts, it's hard to track down the info you need as a new hire. - There is a big hint of "privilege" in the air with this company.
