Institutions are having to defend investment in Salesforce and our leadership, especially product, is extremely out of touch. The sales cycle is much longer, even for small deals. Leaders apply the same pressure for a 5K deal as as the 500K.

Territories are lean, feast or famine, it takes at least a couple of years to get it...when you do you don't want to leave and then get promoted to first line leadership. Overall it's worth joining the company but you need to be prepared for the mental grind.
