A lot of resources have been reduced, territories have continue to shrink and the degree that AEs are micromanaged has become unbearable. Salesforce used to be a gold standard as a sales organization but there doesn't feel to be anything special anymore.

Current Employee3.1Dec 7, 2023The key to success at SF appears to be what account set you inherit. Reps that are hitting attainment are almost all tenured and have the pick of the top accts. New reps are given what’s left over and not given an equal share or opportunity to obtain their quota. They need to make this right for the org and not just the 10% of the reps who have been there 3-6 years.
