Mixed. Very high pressure, and a bit like sitting at a blackjack table. You might have an amazing year depending on your territory, but could also have a horrible year. Most stressful place I've worked at, but overall okay experience, good for the resume.

Overall, Salesforce was a good place to work...depending on the industry. In health & life sciences, SFDC applies a similar sales methodology to the rest of their business (one year AE ownership timelines, third party implementation) which ineffective and was difficult to overcome as an AE.
