Salesforce was an okay experience. With the right accounts and vertical you can be successful. Also don't shy away from co-prime roles. Those can be better than core. The company does over hire and throws many reps out there with bad territories and little chance of success hoping just to get some revenue from them. Despite that, it's still a place where you can build a great career, has solid training, and tons of resources if you know how/where to find them.

Salesforce is a great company with a great product. However, the BDR role can be dragged on for a while and promotions to AE are not easy. It's a toss-up whether you fall under good leadership and the success in the role is highly dependent on your leadership and your AEs.
