Okay - uncertainty about staying relevant in the market. Shifted to monthly targets and 4 days unforced rto was off putting.

MicroManaging culture. Have seen people get through on PIPs in less than 9 months. Not all territories are made the same but have the same quota despite the territory. Mostly luck. Salesforce is good but not great, there is a decent pay structure but often as you grow you will not hit quota.
