BDR role is extremely challenging, from what I've heard most people do not hit quota without 'freebies' from their AEs. Before taking a role in Salesforce make sure you reach out to someone in that role to see how the market is doing! Your success relies heavily on what territory/ patch you are given.

My overall experience was great except when layoffs came and there was no rhyme or reason why I was let go - no one could provide a straight answer and I was over 50 - it certainly did not folllow Ohana culture. Very disappointing.

The growth is over. Territory is everything here and starting out unless you’re lucky your not setup for success.
