Great company and product, noisy environment to try and get to work in. Leadership continuously creating new motions to promote performance which supersedes previous work and confuses AEs and sales structures.

When I started here 4 years ago, the culture was amazing. However that has declined every year and the last 2 years have been a sharp decline. This last year has been shocking how bad it has gotten and how stressful. Mental health is at a low point in the company. When I go into the offices, most ppl seem stressed and unhappy.
