Ohana cult gets an unbelievable amount of buy-in considering how poor the compensation is compared to competitors especially when business is good - they'll leave you with 25% of your previous year's territory accounts and still expect +30% YoY growth

My experience was great. Nice people and good pay. The job can do a far better job prepping for AE. It is a completely different role.

Salesforce is good but not great, there is a decent pay structure but often as you grow you will not hit quota.
