Started great, went downhill pretty fast. SMB is very mismanaged and has a somewhat toxic culture.

High turnover, be ready to be randomly reassigned to a new team every year and expected to jump in and learn without proper training and enablement guided by a person. It’s all done online through an e learning platform. Salary and perks are good but certain leaders are toxic and undermine AEs who are not in the cool kids club
