Great culture, I miss all of the people I worked with. Also Salesloft is definitely a leader in the space and has a great product that works. Outreach (which ive used) does not compare. From an end user experience anyone will tell you that. From an ops standpoint they dont care either way, its just a tool to them. But from an end prospecting user it makes a world of difference in your workflow

Market and product fit is solid and will continue to up level. Executive Leadership is not where it needs to be and has been up and down and changes based on numbers on a regular basis. Lack of a steady approach and constantly getting rid of top talent is an issue.

Good product overall, more competition in the space is leading to more churn than ever experienced. Targets have been raised significantly and little to no reps have hit their quotas. Unrealistic expectations, change in leadership constantly, high price comparative to market standard.
