Great company, with amazing people and managers that actually care. Pros: well respected company, good managers, learning and development Cons: reps aren't hitting quota consistently, extremely competitive market, low chance of upward mobility, high turnover

My overall experience was good. Due to core members of the team that no longer are there or their roles changed. Change in leadership and PE acquisition has changed the company a lot.

Quotas are pretty high, majority of reps on my team didn’t hit it. Feels pretty cut throat too; Myself and other AEs are trying to keep our heads above water to not get fired.
