A slippery slope from great to poor with the new leadership being incompetent and difficult to work with. Performance across the business has fallen in line with employee happiness and satisfaction. There is a max exodus of employee and no plan.

Great culture, I miss all of the people I worked with. Also Salesloft is definitely a leader in the space and has a great product that works. Outreach (which ive used) does not compare. Overall, Salesloft is in an interesting time. There is still opportunity to be successful here but it depends on if you get the best accounts and managers to advocate for you. The opportunity may be better in 2-3 yrs time when they figure out enterprise, but for now commercial and mid market are difficult.

Going downhill in the last year. They are really struggling and people are scrambling for who to blame. It used to be a great place.
