Used to be a great company culture, but new leadership doesn't care about culture. Not any loyalty any more either. Pay was fine, but the industry is saturated and demand has decreased so it makes it tough on the reps. They changed the whole sales structure too

Some really strong sellers and a few strong RVPs. Product is great and if mm/ent companies decide to purchase sales engagement they will at least go through an evaluation with us. In saying that, your success is incredibly dependent on your territory. Sales ops is effectively nonexistent.

Overall it has been a great experience, would recommend. Inbound flow has dropped recently however
