Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Overall, Salesloft has a great commission structure and the culture is strong in the commercial/mid-market segment. Weaknesses revolve around poor leadership in RevOps, poorly managed and underperforming renewals team and Customer Success Managers, and misalignment in product to what customers actually want/what the market is demanding. The sales leadership team has also implemented many long sales process projects, creating unnecessary buying journey experiences that defer a potential customer to another vendor.
