Too much forecasting and documentation. Not the best pay incentive imo and doesn't seem like many reps hit quota. However, fantastic culture and work-life balance.

Leadership is fantastic. It is hard to sell into smaller accounts due to the complexity of the purchase. This is a mission critical program that every organization needs.
