They brag about their culture but when it comes to roles outside the US they just don't care. The person running the Americas is all about numbers and doesn't worry about how his team is doing or if they have the necessary tools to deliver what they are being asked. It's an excellent culture, company understands the deal cycles are long and challenging. They are continuing to hire reps, territories are shrinking so hards to feel like you are building business/pipeline year over year.
