There’s way too much organizational changes in the sales org. In 1 year, I’ve had 6 different managers different styles, moving into different teams. Lots of B/B testing and pilot programs which are not bad however it happens so frequently that I find myself working longer hours and not able to hit quota as much as I have anticipated. Great company overall but hard to keep moving in a hyper fast paced work environment

My overall experience has been worsening. Management keeps changing every few months. No clear path to advance. High expectations while majority of the reps are failing to meet quota

Company has great product and high potential. Need to fix some operational issues which will help to right side the culture.
