Overall, great company to work for with an exceptional product and quality peripheral teams, but the Customer AE team has some serious kinks to work out. Quotas are extremely high, causing reliance on gigantic unicorn deals to hit makes it virtually unattainable on a regular basis. Comp Plans change every 6-12 months and are needlessly complicated. My overall experience has been worsening. Management keeps changing every few months. No clear path to advance. High expectations while majority of the reps are failing to meet quota
