like working at an early start-up, all the troubles with zero equity. they didn't forecast until just recently, operationally clumsy - stick all/any errors to the rep and bad reputation in the field.

I thought this was a perfect fit but going the partner route involves less prescriptive selling and more guessing on marking up margins and figuring out distributors to source from. I love SHI, but there is always areas for improvement within corporations. The compensation is very heavy on commissions, which works great for someone willing to work, but having a higher salary would help level out the extremely variable compensation that is hard to forecast.
