My overall experience was positive for someone trying to learn sales and get their feet wet. You’ll meet some great people here and the company culture is overall very solid. Although there is room for professional growth, the comp plan just did not seem in line with market value.

Overall experience as a current employee: Pro: You can make good money at this company. Con: Very few leaders, way too many glorified managers. The company is too large to be this young. House of cards built upon sand.
