Overall experience is good due to the wide range of products they can sell over HW, SW, and services offerings. Growth rates and OTE's are highly inflated however when you compare to overall market trends which makes it difficult to attain quotas.

SHI has a poor competition structure and provides little assistance. I’ve been in my role for 5 years and have seen many leave out of desperation.
