Overall experience - The structure of the company is constantly changing. Previous reps left horrible impressions on the customers, so the name SHI leaves a bad taste in a lot of mouths. Quota seems unattainable and is judged off of previous purchase history dating back multiple years so if you get stuck with an account that used to do everything with SHI and slowly pulled business away due to bad reps and constant turnover then good luck.

I love SHI, but there is always areas for improvement within corporations. The compensation is very heavy on commissions, which works great for someone willing to work, but having a higher salary would help level out the extremely variable compensation that is hard to forecast.

Great overall experience, comp is 100% commission which is no problem if you believe in yourself
