Overall experience - The structure of the company is constantly changing. Previous reps left horrible impressions on the customers, so the name SHI leaves a bad taste in a lot of mouths. Quota seems unattainable and is judged off of previous purchase history dating back multiple years so if you get stuck with an account that used to do everything with SHI and slowly pulled business away due to bad reps and constant turnover then good luck.

Not as it was sold. The company is great with the legacy hardware/software/license business but services are not a top focus of the legacy AE's or leadership. Additionally, the 2023 comp plan did not include any deal via partner despite it closing in 2022. A lot of great reps have left.

Overall, I really enjoyed working for SHI. Most importantly, because of the people and technology I was exposed to. My managers were involved and supported us but didn't micromanage.
