Unfortunately the glory days are over. SHI used to be an incredible place to work but those days are done. They are looking to go public and the CFO thinks sales is overpaid so they will be cutting comp and resources consistently.

Company has been going on a decline. Stability from layoffs but base pay is well below the industry standard and most people do not hit their quota. A lot more expectations are being put on us as well for no additional pay

There is a high level of opportunity in this position, but ramping up to success is difficult without proper guidance. Additionally, depending on your position, there is a low level of resources, which can lead to your clients feeling that you do not adequately support them, straining customer relationships.
