Current Employee2.0Oct 18, 2023Not as it was sold. The company is great with the legacy hardware/software/license business but services are not a top focus of the legacy AE's or leadership. Additionally, the 2023 comp plan did not include any deal via partner despite it closing in 2022. A lot of great reps have left.

Current Employee3.4Feb 15, 2025At SHI, getting into accounts isn’t as hard since we are able to sell anything and everything. Leads aren’t really given, you are expected to break into new accounts on your own. The compensation model was really great, but for a lot of people, the change they made for 2025 compensations has affected what I expect to bring home drastically this year.
