At SHI, getting into accounts isn’t as hard since we are able to sell anything and everything. Leads aren’t really given, you are expected to break into new accounts on your own. The compensation model was really great, but for a lot of people, the change they made for 2025 compensations has affected what I expect to bring home drastically this year.

Very high potential for high compensation. The companies currently making significant changes that benefit their bottom line, but hurt the individual contributor.

Company overall has been a fair organization. Its tough here, building your book of business. If you are in the NE, you have more access to service providers when the bench is full or we cant complete the work. Services and engineering can be slow at times to help with answers for proposals.
