Typical company established through mergers and acquisitions. Consolidating to a single platform which is taking years already while acquires solution are not developed further in a space that is becoming more crowded.

Ok pay, lack of leadership and upward mobility, no RSU, innovation stifled, lack of engineering resources killing products and opening vulnerabilities. The people make all the difference, extensive portfolio allows for product diversity with customers, important customers. Much of the portfolio has been commodified

You need to be genuinely entrepreneurial to work here. If that's you, you will thrive with some of the best people in the industry and make a lot of money. However, if you need hand holding every step of the way, I would recommend another company.

Shocking place to work. Terrible culture, APJ was run by a total nut job when I was there. Never carried a number himself, promoted equally terrible leaders. Another typical software company where presales leaders have too much power.
