My experience was ok. The base salary is extremely low and the lack of flexibility to work from home is outdated. The quota structure also needs some work but there is opportunity to make good money and grow your career within.

Not great. I found that it was horrible training - we learned how to prospect through weeks of common sense being told to us in hours long sessions, but weren’t given ANY tools. huge boys club and horribly unprofessional environment - not in a fun way but in a leadership plays extreme favorites way.

Recent change in comp (have to hit security focused margin growth of 25% yoy or 100k margin per quarter) makes getting into your kicker very challenging when you already have solid security business.
