I thought this was a perfect fit but going the partner route involves less prescriptive selling and more guessing on marking up margins and figuring out distributors to source from. Shi is a mix of under paying and promoting people who stay and accept below average pay. This leads to incompetence in leadership because shi only promotes from within but the only people who stay are ones who accept lower salary

My overall experience was great until the new fiscal year came and each account was tagged with a 30% growth rate no matter the account. If you close a huge deal on a small account, good luck with the huge quota next year, no chance on quota relief.
