Management changes and increased quotas in a market that is constricting is causing concern for alot of reps. Many top reps have or are bein squeezed out by changes in comp plans and the increased quotas. Once a well run organization, there is increased industry and market confusion of people and strengths.

SHI prides itself on a diversity and inclusion organization, due to a female minority owned CEO, however the leadership does not mirror this value. SHI is a sales-first focused organization however, not all seller utilize their specialist resources and limit interactions with customers which should be informed of SHI's cloud solution provider practice.

My overall experience was great until the new fiscal year came and each account was tagged with a 30% growth rate no matter the account. If you close a huge deal on a small account, good luck with the huge quota next year, no chance on quota relief.
