Management changes and increased quotas in a market that is constricting is causing concern for alot of reps. Many top reps have or are bein squeezed out by changes in comp plans and the increased quotas. Once a well run organization, there is increased industry and market confusion of people and strengths.

Great if you are just getting started. Leadership is a hit or miss and they are very big on favoritism. Be mindful of your brand but it was an ok experience.

My first 3 years were great. The compensation was completely different and I was doing really well. I’m happy the direction the company is going and I’m currently looking at other options.
