Great people, low compensation. It’s a young organization of sellers and great start to a tech career. It’s hard to pass a certain financial number but with the right network it can work out.

The only constant at SHI is change. If you can't handle your comp being slashed, having onerous data collection duties placed upon you or working in a horribly toxic culture, don't work there. The senior leaders are completely out of touch with the sales reps on the ground. There is absolutely zero sales training. You're a number in a spreadsheet.

Not great. I found that it was horrible training - we learned how to prospect through weeks of common sense being told to us in hours long sessions, but weren’t given ANY tools. huge boys club and horribly unprofessional environment - not in a fun way but in a leadership plays extreme favorites way.

run far away, company needs to be restructured from the top to bottom. Management and leadership is out of touch and not aligned with the day to day tasks of account executives.
