Current Employee2.0Oct 27, 2023Limited potential to earn. Terrible comp and base. 10% or 20% of gm based on quota attainment. No accelerators. Most spiffs are converted to gm and only paid out quarterly at the 10 or 20% rate. (the company steals 90 or 80% of the spiffs)

Thai Lee is kind of a clueless boomer. I expect turnover to keep getting higher and higher as they don’t keep their wages competitive.
