Account management requires a lot more customer support than what is led on but performance is only based on generated revenue. There's barely any time for development. You are sales and they only care about you selling, however, the job requires more than selling.

One of the better companies I have worked for. Solid compensation, competent managers, healthy culture and high market fit. You will run hard but but quotas are (mostly) attainable.
