One of the better companies I have worked for. Solid compensation, competent managers, healthy culture and high market fit. You will run hard but but quotas are (mostly) attainable.

It’s been a pretty good experience when it comes to culture with lower level management. What has been a bad experience for me is upper management and the SDR to CRO program. They have stopped promoting a lot from within and allowed a lot of us to go through a gruely promotion process for none us to get promoted and they just promote externally. Account management requires a lot more customer support than what is led on but performance is only based on generated revenue. There's barely any time for development. You are sales and they only care about you selling, however, the job requires more than selling.
