Back to ReviewsCurrent Employee Current employee. Rippling is an objectively strong product, with extremely impressive growth from a revenue perspective. I work in the account management segment, but it is essentially just an AE on existing business. You have some incentive on an attainment quota, most clients renew. However, those that arent happy often have serious problems with taxes, support related items, and us as account managers often are unable to help with the technical side of things. It can be hard to try and hit the cross sell quota whilst also dealing with escalations. It can certainly be done, though. You are expected to be a self starter, and handle things on your own. THere is general basic training, but to be special, its on you, which is fair.
