It's been great so far, everyone is hitting numbers, and there is a ton of pipeline available to the AE to capitalize on.

RingCentral is a great company. Culture is amazing and pay is fair for the role. It is very difficult to develop a career as they typically hire from outside for positions and don't necessarily promote from within unless you've been in an entry level position for 2-3 years or so.

Generally good experience but the compensation plan recently changed and it is absolutely brutal. Leadership change has changed the way a once great company used to operate.
