Back to ReviewsFormer Employee The leadership at RingCentral is the worst I've experienced. I would not encourage anyone to work in the Expansion organization. You won't make any commission until you hit 51% of quota and commission payout is only 2% now. Quotas aren't released until 1.5-2 months into each quarter, making it very difficult for reps to accurately plan. Many of the sales processes are broken and it doesn't seem like anyone in leadership cares. A large majority of the reps and managers in Majors and Enterprise expansion have left in the last 5 months. RC will never get quality AM's with this comp plan and leadership.
