My overall experience was positive but each year as a Major Account Rep reduced commissions to core products and some years in the highlighted services/solutions. Overall as I passed 5+ years in the role I was doing 2.5-3x in revenue to make the same as my second year.

Culture is lacking. Lots of tenured employees stuck in the past, outdated prospecting activities, no support from marketing. Inbound leads are weak.
