I was expecting more variable pay opportunities. There was not much for inbound, and there was not much in CRM for outbound. Compensation not adequate compared to market for full cycle sales in industry. Having to find, educate, land opp, and close at this rate of pay is not sustainable for long in this economy. Variable pay needs to be more.

Overall my experience was positive. Compensation was the biggest factor for me leaving. Shortly after they did raise base by a little more than what I was making.
