Back to ReviewsFormer Employee Overall my experience was positive. Compensation was the biggest factor for me leaving. Shortly after they did raise base by a little more than what I was making. Biggest problem is there’s no growing beyond the first couple of “rep tiers”. Very stagnant, also commission typically changes every year. For hardware that made up most of our sales we were very much at mercy of logistics which were hit or miss. Great introduction to b2b sales.
