Overall a poor experience. Large workload with poor customer onboarding flow leads to frustrating experiences for the client and ultimately will catch up on you in relation to quota. You can get lucky but compensation is now capped per quarter which wasn’t what I signed up for.

Sink or swim, you can make good commission but need to be one of the best reps, i made 30k in a quarter once was ncie but overall not a great place to work unless your a shark looking to secure a bag and get out.

Poor experience, a lot of compliance rules makes the selling activity frustrating. Constantly increasing target and cutting the payout curve
