Overall a poor experience. Large workload with poor customer onboarding flow leads to frustrating experiences for the client and ultimately will catch up on you in relation to quota. You can get lucky but compensation is now capped per quarter which wasn’t what I signed up for.

Great place to learn your craft and get a big name on your CV. In your early quarters you can potentially earn impressive payouts. But I wouldn't advise coming here and expecting to forge a long-lasting career. I think the company it's doing a messy job on the saleBad culture, lots of micromanaging. Lack of long term vision. Everything is KPI driven. Performance review every quarter Lots of chaos, internal policies changing often
