Sink or swim, you can make good commission but need to be one of the best reps, i made 30k in a quarter once was ncie but overall not a great place to work unless your a shark looking to secure a bag and get out.

I would give the company a 2/5. It could be a decent starting point in your career, but then many things must improve: - The product training is too poor and there is almost zero sales training - Target become quite unachievable after 1 year - The culture is ok, but very individualistic. Don't go there, it could be your worst career move. No OTE, toxic culture, impossible to meet daily requirements as nothing is automated.
